About The Position

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Program Controls Analyst to join their Program Management team. This position can be based in their Fort Worth, San Antonio, or Austin, Texas offices. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of programs by coordinating tasks, resources, and stakeholders. The analyst will monitor program progress, ensure alignment with project goals and timelines, and provide support to senior program managers.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management and/or related field experience
  • 5+ years of professional Program/Project Controls experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in PowerBI

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of projects, carrying out specified project activities within defined time and quality parameters and ensuring adherence to the prescribed project management methodology.
  • Ensure a positive experience for clients by having courteous interactions with them and doing quality work on projects.
  • Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats.
  • Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues, including developing or operating basic elements of the data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes.
  • Draft elements of project review reports and presentations to support delivery of the review process.
