This role works closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. The company is a leading provider of real-time signal and image processing systems for the government and remains dedicated to the development of high performance signal processing solutions. They work in all phases from concept design, through development and integration, to operations and maintenance of challenging mission critical systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
5+ years of program controls, earned value management, or program finance experience
Background in managing development programs and labor engineering programs
Experience working at both large and small companies
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong analytical skills
High attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Nice To Haves

TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

Track all elements of cost and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts.
Submit reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5).
Interpret program performance data and identify key insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams and PMO staff.
