About The Position

The Program Control Manager (PCM) will join the Intel Solutions team to support globally dispersed contracts within the Intelligence & Security (I&S) Division of BAE Systems. This role involves supervising a team of analysts, mentoring and training them to be high-performing. The PCM will perform financial analyses, including revenue, cost, profit, and ROS, to ensure successful program financial execution. They will also conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost risks, and foster strong relationships with other functions to support financial execution. Additionally, the PCM will identify and adopt best practices for program financial execution and cost efficiencies, model strong leadership in ethics, safety, and security, develop tools for staff and PMs to manage program cost performance, and develop solutions to complex problems. The role also involves actively supporting pricing efforts for new and existing programs and interacting with external and internal customers on significant technical matters. Minimal local travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 4+ years of professional experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications and services
  • Extensive knowledge of Costpoint and Cognos reporting
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of indirect rates and how they are applied
  • Strong knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies

Responsibilities
