Requirements

BA/BS in a relevant discipline and 3+ years of position relevant experience (High School and 4 years of additional relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional relevant experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree).
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

Foundational certifications in program control or budgeting.
Proficiency in specialized financial or budgeting software (e.g., GFEBS or DEAMS)
Experience with military logistics financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Examines budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
Draft technical documentation for budget assessments and maintain comprehensive records of financial expenditures.
Prepare preliminary cost-benefit analyses and facilitate the coordination of funding requests between internal departments and the PMO.
Supports the execution of program control functions by tracking budget milestones and ensuring the accuracy of financial data entry.
Execute the collection of cost data for quarterly reviews and verify that all expenditure are documented according to established standards.
Maintain collaborative financial tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility of mission-critical funding status.
Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
