The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives. As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design — augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. The Workforce & Organization (W&O) is Capgemini Invent’s people‑led transformation capability, focused on helping organizations adapt their workforce, operating models, and ways of working to deliver sustainable business outcomes. W&O partners with clients to design and implement future‑ready organizations—aligning strategy, talent, culture, and technology to enable large‑scale transformation and improved workforce performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise‑scale change programs and integrated adoption strategies across complex transformation workstreams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping organizational change strategy, governance, and leadership routines to sustain momentum
  • Drive executive alignment across complex stakeholder ecosystems; build leadership narratives and executive‑ready recommendations
  • Oversee change execution at scale, including communications, training, readiness, and human‑AI change adoption deliverables (e.g., stakeholder maps, impact assessments, RACI, governance)
  • Lead high‑performing teams, coach and develop talent, ensure delivery excellence, and support business development through proposals and client relationship growth
  • Own change programs within large transformations: driving leadership alignment, adoption strategy, and measurable outcomes, while supporting growth through solution shaping and people leadership.
  • Lead organizational change strategy transformations, which can include a wide range of programs such as leadership and culture changes, technology transformations, establishing and delivering organizational change adoption initiatives and/or driving AI adoption and other workforce transformation.
  • Build trusted advisor partnerships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to the continued growth of this exciting practice.
