About The Position

This is a hybrid Project Management and Program Planning Role. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program/Capabilities Planner to contribute to the implementation of S4Hana, and future facility capabilities. The candidate will coordinate SWFLANT efforts with the project teams and may be called upon to review functional specifications, creating process plans, and conduct user testing. The candidate will also work closely with other members of the program planning team to coordinate production activities across the facility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in related field.
Working knowledge of production systems, manufacturing systems, or SAP applications.
Exceptional communication skills. (verbal, presentation, written)
Minimum 2 years of FBM or SWF experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret clearance. Interim Secret required prior to start.
No dual citizenship.

Responsibilities

Develop schedules and risk management plans and provide visibility to any obstacles which may hinder production deliveries.
Generate reports and develop metrics to status performance to leadership.
Identify issues and concerns and evaluate impact to operations.
Interact with internal and external organizations such as engineering, production and government planning to mitigate any impacts to processing and ensure building outages are coordinated with all stakeholders.
Participate in process improvement activities in various functional areas.
