We invest in and create innovative institutions and models that strengthen asset control and support economic development for American Indian people and their communities. POSITION SUMMARY The Project Assistant’s primary responsibility is to assist in the administration and coordination of First Nations’ projects that may include, but are not limited to, coordinating meetings and scheduling calls; assisting program officers with various duties such as notetaking, data entry, online research assistance, and performing administrative duties within the Albuquerque office. The Project Assistant will report to the Office Manager and may work in close collaboration with the Vice President of Programs and Administration, Program Officers, and Administrative staff. Note: This position offers experience in a variety of areas – administrative, nonprofit management, event planning, and research experience. We will be happy to work with the student to tailor their responsibilities to whichever areas that they are most interested in (i.e. more nonprofit management experience if they prefer that over the other areas).
