The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) is seeking a part-time Program Assistant to work with middle school students in an after-school program at Brooklyn College. This role involves assisting the Program Director with daily activities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, distributing snacks, entering and collecting program data, and conducting family outreach. The program assistant will also foster positive relationships with students, engage them in their development, and participate in professional development focused on youth development in under-resourced communities. Responsibilities include accompanying students on field trips, maintaining student records, and demonstrating professional conduct. The Brooklyn College Community Partnership (BCCP) is a youth development program that connects Brooklyn College to Brooklyn neighborhoods through after-school and extracurricular initiatives in under-resourced public schools and at the Brooklyn College Arts Lab (BCAL).
