This position is for you! You can make a difference by providing care to the individuals we serve in our community-based Day Program. Provide assistance in the daily care of health-impaired older adults or individuals in our care with brain injuries, intellectual/developmental disabilities, emotional or behavioral disabilities, or mental health diagnoses. Assist with the implementation of individual and group activity programs, and be responsible for the care, safety, security, and social/recreational activities for the individuals receiving support. Assist individuals with daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, bathroom assistance, grooming, meal preparation, and medication administration. Provide guidance with social skills, advocacy, and self-esteem, and teach strategies to live as independently as possible.
