About The Position

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Provide support for program to ensure program initiative and goals are met and participants receive their maximum benefit. You will report to the Program Manager. Location: Durant Schedule: Regular/Full-Time - M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm Pay: $19.30 /hr Wage access is an option for this position. Requirements

Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Two (2) years of experience program services or related

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily program activities and ensure program requirements are met.
Support administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.
Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date records per program requirements.
Prepare reports including gathering and summarizing data.
Compose, type, and share letters and correspondence.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
