Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
Nice To Haves
- An Associate degree with 6 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Will assist with coordinating, implementing, and reviewing health services functions.
- Will schedule health/dental/mental health screenings, exams, growth assessments and nutritional services.
- Will arrange and provide transportation of children/parents to health/dental/special services appointments as needed.
- Will maintain children’s health services records in accordance with agency procedures.
- Must possess strong computer, data entry, and clerical skills to utilize and maintain an on-going case management system for monitoring and tracking children’s health services.
