About The Position

Evaluating, assessing, and making recommendations to senior staff on process improvements, resource allocation, and budget. This position is contingent upon funding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least three years of relevant experience; OR an associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least seven years of relevant experience; OR a high school diploma / general educational development (GED) and at least nine years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing a specific project or groups of projects serving as the liaison between project management, project planning, and line management.
• Demonstrated experience identifying technical, staffing, and tooling resources.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and preparing work orders that include budgets, cost estimates, project execution plans, schedules, and inputs to status reports.
• Demonstrated experience managing daily operations and oversight of the standardization of DoD processes and procedures.
• U.S. Citizenship
• U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level

• Experience with C5ISR integration into air platforms and ground mobile systems
