About The Position

CEXEC is seeking an experienced (Part-Time) Program Analyst to support one of our Customers at a Federal Agency. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who is able to self-prioritize, manage and adjust to multiple tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong PowerPoint skills required
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with customers as well as collaborate in a cross-discipline team environment is required
  • Strong attention to detail and well-organized, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team setting
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team setting required
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, project and PowerPoint is required; as is experience with SharePoint or KSN

Nice To Haves

  • KSN (SharePoint) skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develops spreadsheets, briefings, and other program documents for executive-level audience using PowerPoint and other MS Office software
  • Gathers and summarizes data for the preparation and submission of recurring status reports
  • Gathers and documents requirements for performance reporting on internal metrics as well as any necessary external/internal data calls
  • Develops templates and facilitates planning discussions
  • Provides planning, scheduling, networking, and coordination assistance to both customer and program personnel
  • Develops and maintains program schedules
  • Maintains program SharePoint site and supports SharePoint administration across multiple customer sites
