About The Position

The Program Analyst will provide support for program management execution. They will work with program teams to develop program objectives, integrated roadmaps, detailed schedules, and program budgets. The candidate will support the development of acquisition and technical documentation. They will review and report on contract status/execution. The candidate will support program execution and recommend modifications to processes for future program activities. They will work with the program management team to develop out-year planning and provide input to development and integration of requirements/capabilities. They will provide management support at program office reviews. The candidate will support program office day-to-day management and operations to include graphic support, data management, data calls, briefs, security support, etc. They will provide support in coordination and retaining data such as documents, schedules, database management, folder setup, and management of documentation to ease access, review, retrieval, transfer, archive, and filing of all task-related documentation/briefs. The Program Analyst will provide financial support to program management, team leads, and business financial manager. Includes drafting of procurement documents for contracts, reviewing financial statements to update spend plan data, analyzing financial execution to generate forecasts and preparing reports on the status and availability of funds. They will reconcile the program budget with spend plan and contract resource information.

Requirements

  • A current DoD Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain a final DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Financial analyst experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with SharePoint style file sharing systems.
  • Demonstrated outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment.
  • Special Access Program experience is a plus.
