About The Position

CACI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Analyst to provide program analysis, operational coordination, and staff support. The Program Analyst will support Government leadership, Action Officers, Portfolio Integrators, and program personnel in planning, coordinating, executing, and tracking program activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate across organizations, develop high-quality staff products, and proactively track requirements through completion in a fast-paced national security environment.

Requirements

Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in program analysis, program management, project coordination, business operations, Government support, administration, logistics, acquisition, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce professional staff products.
Familiarity with DoW acquisition, program management, operational planning.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting SOF, DoW, or other national security organizations.
Experience supporting a DoW headquarters, J-code, program office, portfolio management organization, or similar Government environment.
Experience with Government task management, document staffing, or workflow systems.
Experience preparing executive-level briefings, staff actions, information papers, issue papers, or decision packages.
Familiarity with DoW acquisition, program management, and operational planning.
Experience with personnel onboarding, security requirements, and CAC/system access.

Responsibilities

Support leadership, Action Officers, Portfolio Integrators, and program personnel with program planning, coordination, execution, and tracking.
Manage and coordinate taskers and staff actions by assigning actions, monitoring suspense dates, consolidating responses, and ensuring approved responses are properly submitted.
Maintain visibility of program requirements, priorities, milestones, deliverables, risks, and outstanding actions.
Coordinate across Government, contractor, and functional organizations to resolve issues and drive actions to completion.
Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate meetings, document decisions and action items, and track follow-up requirements.
Draft, review, coordinate, and maintain program and staff products including memorandums, information and issue papers, briefings, executive summaries, staff actions, studies, policies, and meeting minutes.
Ensure program documentation and staff products are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with applicable Government policies and guidance.
Support program planning and execution through development and maintenance of schedules, management products, briefing materials, and performance measures.
Identify emerging issues, schedule risks, process gaps, and competing priorities and proactively elevate them to appropriate leadership.
Coordinate onboarding and in-processing for contractor, Government civilian, and military personnel.
Facilitate CAC issuance/requirements, system and network access, required training, forms, IT equipment, and other Day One readiness requirements.
Coordinate activities across program management, operations, security, IT, acquisition, finance, contracting, and other supporting organizations as required.
Maintain accurate action trackers, schedules, program records, and status information.
Support senior-level meetings, briefings, milestone reviews, and other mission requirements.
Perform other program analysis and operational support activities as required to support mission objectives.
