About The Position

XPECT Solutions, LLC. is looking for a Program Analyst on an effort supporting our Federal Government Client in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will provide technical analysis, data collection and collation, documentation, and other administrative and programmatic support tasks for our large federal government agency’s highly complex network infrastructure environment (to include multiple enclaves comprising various classification levels). The Program Analyst will work with our Project Leads and Program Manager to support the mission, that work would include (but not limited to) conducting cost projections and forecasting, budgeting, tracking burn rates, and presenting findings to leadership so they are able to make informed decisions regarding the mission. The Program Analyst will coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to request and process pricing quotes and task order modifications as requested from the customer, and validate the monthly bills for the various Cost Line Item Numbers. The Program Analyst will conduct and develop data calls and reports as required from the customer and executive management.

Requirements

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with ability to obtain an SCI
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 2 years of experience, or 6+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of Sharepoint page, form, and list management
  • Experience developing, managing, and maintaining large advanced Excel spreadsheets for analysis tasks
  • Experience with Advanced Excel programming skills (e.g. pivot tables, macro functions, XLOOKUP, Dynamic Arrays)
  • Experience with financial analysis (e.g. vendor quotes, invoice analysis, cost benefit analysis)
  • Have strong written, verbal, organizational, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience supporting a Federal Customer
  • Experience with Jira and working in an Agile environment
  • Understanding of the MS Power Suite of tools (e.g. PowerBI, PowerApp, PowerAutomate)
  • Experience conducting cost projections/forecasting, and budgeting

Responsibilities

  • Consult daily with other personnel on projects and/or procedures pertaining to network circuits.
  • Maintain constructive working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure efficient and accurate processing of network circuits.
  • Collect, maintain, extract, and manipulate network circuit databases; apply analytical/ statistical techniques to develop recommendations for process improvements and quality assurance reports
  • Identify errors and investigate outliers in administrative and workload reports
  • Draft written reports for projects
  • Independent problem solving and data analysis
