This position will support our joint venture with partner company, Dayton Group, Inc. DGI-ATI (JV) has a current need for a full-time Program Analyst. The Program Analyst will provide support for the implementation of major, highly complex, and mission critical management efforts. The role serves as an individual expert and consultant to the Office Director and other senior management staff on analysis and documentation of short- and long-range plans and program goals, identification and interpretation of policy issues, projection of program impact, and presentation of information required to analyze and report on program trends and funding requirements. The work involves management and overview of financial and human resources, administrative support services, organizational policy development and implementation, management controls, special studies and analysis, resource allocation, validation and prioritization of needs, review, approval, and audit of funding, and the establishment of internal operating procedures. The analyst will define data requirements for evaluating established programs, determine critical analysis strategies and research methodologies, prepare reports, assess administrative program impact of policy and procedural changes, and recommend strategies for improving operations. Communication with various stakeholders is essential for gathering and analyzing information. The role also involves analyzing individual programs, functions, and organizations to determine efficiency and controls, evaluating organizational changes, analyzing legislation, and developing regulations, policies, and procedures. The analyst will evaluate the impact of programs or operations in meeting goals and objectives, develop summaries and background documents, and analyze program financial, technical, procurement, distribution, and scheduling information. Researching problems and developing written materials to communicate program information are also key responsibilities. The analyst will coordinate information and responses to ensure consistency and conformance with program policies and viewpoints, review and respond to correspondence, and solve problems related to domestic grants and programs. Developing reports, presentations, or other work products is also expected.
