About The Position

BluePath Labs is seeking a Program Analyst to support a federal client's international engagement and partner coordination mission. This role involves assisting senior officials in preparing for and executing engagements with foreign government and international organization counterparts. The analyst will be responsible for developing written products, coordinating logistics and security, and tracking commitments. Additionally, the role requires maintaining subject-matter expertise on assigned countries, regions, and international organizations to provide current reference materials and recommendations.

Requirements

U. S. Citizen
5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain a federal suitability determination
A valid US Passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Bachelor's degree

Prior experience supporting federal international affairs or security policy
Familiarity with foreign travel procedure

Responsibilities

Draft and edit briefing materials, talking points, issue papers, situation reports, and readouts for senior officials
Plan and support bilateral and multilateral engagements - meetings, delegations, exchanges, and working groups - including agendas, materials, itineraries, and interpretation support
Coordinate visit requests and security screening for foreign visitors, and support on-site execution including escorting and note-taking
Track taskings, clearance actions, and commitments to closure against firm suspense dates
Maintain subject-matter depth on an assigned portfolio of countries, regions, and international organizations, monitoring relevant developments and keeping reference products current
Maintain stakeholder records and engagement history, and help sustain standard operating procedures and onboarding materials
