About The Position

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Analyst, supporting multiple energy efficiency programs. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning quickly, and working with diverse stakeholders. You will support day‑to‑day program operations, rebate processing, data tracking, reporting, and customer and client coordination while gaining hands‑on experience in the energy efficiency space.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Environmental Studies, Engineering or related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience, or a recent graduate with strong transferable skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, IF statements, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn on the job
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team
  • Comfort adapting to changing priorities and managing ambiguity
  • Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or community‑focused programs
  • If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra‑provincial operations, including hours‑of‑service and safety fitness requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools (an asset, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple programs at once and adapt to changing priorities
  • Coordinate customer communications, and follow‑ups
  • Process rebate applications, and following up with customers as needed
  • Track and manage program data, schedules, and key metrics
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assist with invoicing, data reconciliation, and general program administration
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and customers
  • Manage your workload independently while knowing when to ask questions
  • Work in the office 1–2 days per week as required
