About The Position
Bowhead is seeking an Program Analyst in Dahlgren, VA. The role involves working with a team to manage data warehousing, data analysis, system development, training, and customer support.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Five (5+) or more years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills in relational database management systems and data warehousing
- Proficiency in using Cognos Tool Suite for generating dashboards and reports
- Experience in writing and analyzing structured query language (SQL) queries
- Knowledge and experience in mathematical reasoning
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good judgment
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Experience with security assessment tools such as Nessus
- Experience with security control implementation and testing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree highly desired
- Knowledge of analytical tools and evaluation techniques
- Knowledge of government accounting (highly desired: DOD Accounting)
