About The Position

This role ensures accurate, timely, and actionable information is available to leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making. The Program Analyst Senior will present insights, trends, and findings in clear, executive-level formats. This position involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple systems and sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps. The analyst will develop and manage dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance reports using business intelligence tools. They will apply appropriate analytical techniques, statistical methods, and tools based on data requirements and business needs. The role also serves as an internal consultant by providing data interpretation, evaluation, and recommendations for process and program improvements. Additionally, the Program Analyst Senior will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and metrics, and assist with the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes, policies, and procedures. Regular reviews and audits of program performance will be conducted, with mitigation or improvement plans developed as needed. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement solutions, and support adoption of data-driven best practices is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, computer science, information systems, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Five years of professional experience in data analysis, program management, business analysis, or process improvement, OR a Master’s degree.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives, analyzing complex datasets, and communicating insights to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relational databases
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working with large datasets, performance metrics, and KPIs
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard productivity tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
