About The Position

This position is for a Program Analyst Requirements Manager at a national security services firm, Inflow, which provides cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. The role involves supporting the Program Manager and Government stakeholders by providing analytical, requirements management, and portfolio management support services. The goal is to enhance the operational effectiveness of the customer's directorates through analytical, technical, administrative, and security services. The position is contingent upon award.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years relevant experience OR Master's degree and 6+ years relevant experience OR PhD and 3+ years relevant experience
  • Specialized experience leading large, complex projects for DoW/DoD or Federal government
  • Experience with developing and managing schedules using MS Project
  • Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management and project control concepts
  • Experience managing the entire change lifecycle, including identifying, evaluating, approving, monitoring, and documenting changes to established processes and systems
  • Extensive program management expertise across multiple domains, including requirements and capability development, acquisitions, procurement, and resource management, to ensure the successful integration of operations and technology
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and generate comprehensive reports to support program objectives and inform senior-level decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Assist in establishing, maintaining, and executing the Government’s portfolio and requirements management processes by developing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting methodologies, tools, and documentation related to requirements definition, prioritization, scheduling, cost, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and Directorates to support PPBE activities, requirements intake and adjudication processes, and integrate program execution
  • Provide analytical support to identify duplicative, inefficient, or disconnected requirements or processes and produce timely documentation, reports, and metrics for Government review
  • Proactively communicate risks, issues, and opportunities to the PMO Chief and Government stakeholders while applying industry best practices related to program management tools, processes, and PMO structures
  • Other duties as assigned
