About The Position

Amentum is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Program Analyst IV to support the HOME Program Management Office. This position provides analytical, financial, and programmatic support to help ensure the effective execution of contract requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills, experience supporting program leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting executive leadership with coordination, documentation, scheduling, and operational support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Possess and maintain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree
  • Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP)
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Trackvia or similar management software
  • Experience working in Maximo (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Responsibilities

  • Plans and manages projects under the direction of a Program Manager.
  • Coordinates project financial and budget activities to maximize efficiency and support program performance objectives.
  • Monitors project scope, deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with contract requirements. May act as a point of contact for the client.
  • Effectively manages and tracks program resources; Identifies and mitigates project risks.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and edits reports for the Program Monthly Review (PMR).
  • Serves as the primary Data Transfer Officer (DTO) for the program, organizing and validating customer and program presentations.
  • Tracks, coordinates, and documents required training specific to program staff.
  • Oversee the completion and distribution of monthly and yearly Statement of Work (SOW) required deliverables.
  • Coordinates and prepares required program Self Assessments.
  • Manages and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepares reports, memos, letters, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Screens and directs phone calls and distributes correspondence.
  • Organizes and maintains files, documentations, and records, electronically and on paper.
  • Supports continuous process improvement initiatives and workforce engagement activities.
  • Supports program leadership with analytical tasks, special projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Supports management team members as needed with administrative tasks or special projects.
  • Assist with comprehensive administrative security functions, including records management, data entry, document filing, and safeguarding Personally Identifiable information (PII) in accordance with applicable security and privacy requirements.
  • Process access requests for uncleared personnel requiring visitor access, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and in compliance with customer security policies and procedures.
  • Serve as backup Vault Custodian for all program customer vaults, maintaining accountability and security of classified materials and processing vault access requests as required.
  • Provide ad hoc security support and guidance to personnel, addressing security related questions and directing individuals to appropriate procedures, resources, and points of contact
  • Other duties as assigned.
