Responsibilities

• Serves as the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) hub for all travel coordination <p>The Program Analyst III will be responsible for supporting the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) as the central point for all travel coordination. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of all documents prior to the Division Chief's approval of forms such as the 1297, Itinerary, and FMS form. The analyst will track and confirm that travelers have completed essential prerequisites including ISOPREP, APACS, Immunization memo, AT Level One, SERE Training, and Security Briefing Memo. Additionally, the analyst will verify that DTS Authorizations and Vouchers are completed and approved before the travel date. They will also request the status of ISOPREP and information for the Immunizations memorandum from G1 to the FOX clinic. Maintaining the SAMD Travel Tracker on SharePoint with the most current information and forms is a key duty. Further responsibilities include managing and accounting for the Division Chief's property, knowing the location of every piece of equipment, and making arrangements for travelers with international agencies.</p> <p>A Secret Security Clearance is required for this position.</p> <p>Delta Solutions & Strategies offers a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), DTO, paid holidays, and paid parental, military, and jury duty leaves.
