About The Position

In support of Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault, we are seeking a Program Analyst II with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/ principles/organizational protocols. The Program Analyst II will serve as the point of contact for managing and executing task orders. This individual will work closely with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Alternate Contracting Officer’s Representative (ACOR) to address and resolve any challenges that arise during contract performance. The role requires maintaining comprehensive administrative oversight, ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements, and supporting the Contractor Program Manager in various operational duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to track contractor travel expenses.
  • Ability to generate detailed monthly status reports and ensure deliverables (CDRLs) are met.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze contracts and identify compliance risks or inefficiencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking reports and data.
  • Knowledge of contract law, federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), and budget tracking.
  • Must be organized, have excellent attention to detail, and be proficient in using Excel and Adobe.

Nice To Haves

  • Defense Acquisition University (DAU) training is preferred.
  • Secret Clearance preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for managing and executing task orders.
  • Work closely with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Alternate Contracting Officer’s Representative (ACOR) to address and resolve any challenges that arise during contract performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive administrative oversight, ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements.
  • Support the Contractor Program Manager in various operational duties.
  • Track and manage all travel requests and expenses, ensuring timely submission of the Monthly Contractor Travel Status Report (CDRL A003).
  • Develop and submit a Monthly Status Report (CDRL A004) summarizing all completed tasks and overall contract progress.
  • Assist the Contractor Program Manager with various administrative functions to maintain efficient contract performance.
  • Support execution of all contract requirements, ensuring compliance with deliverables and deadlines.
  • Complete CDRLs to provide to COR on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain and update monthly status reports, travel reports, and seating charts.
  • Manage and maintain the "PM AAA Contractor Travel Status" tracker, along with dedicated MS Teams channels for final travel packets, historical travel data, and MLT/Subcontractor travel resources.
  • Complete morning report daily and provide weekly status reports.
  • Process and track all travel requests and expense reports.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and continuous training to contractors regarding Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) compliance, travel procedures, and expense reporting.
  • Provide each contractor with a list of mandatory annual training courses and track completion.
