About The Position

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC , a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are is seeking a full-time Program Analyst with focused expertise with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to support DoD customer out of Washington, DC. This is an exempt hybrid opportunity. SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED Responsibilities: Support the review and assessment of foreign R&D technologies applicable to EOD programs. Assist with the Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) process and contribute to Cooperative Opportunity initiatives. Provide engineering and technical expertise within established funding, legal, administrative, and case constraints. Collaborate in developing, maintaining, and tracking International Program Data Exchange Agreements with foreign governments, as well as MOAs/MOUs supporting international program objectives. Participate as a non-voting member in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Working Groups in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts. Organize, coordinate, and host FMS program meetings, reviews, and conferences at contractor and Government locations, including agenda preparation, action-item tracking, and meeting-minute development. Provide subject-matter expertise on acquisition policies, procedures, and compliance requirements; assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining acquisition program documentation. Conduct research and prepare briefings and presentations to support program overviews, reviews, milestone events, and conferences. Identify and track program risk areas; assist in developing and executing risk-management strategies to maintain risks at acceptable levels. Support Government contract administration activities by preparing draft contract modifications and correspondence for Government review and approval. Ensure compliance with NDA requirements and avoid organizational conflicts of interest while supporting contract/task order activities.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree prefered) from an accredited college or university in Business or related fields; International relations, International Business, Global Studies, and/or International Law
  • 5-7 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
