About The Position

SAIC has an immediate need for a Program Analyst Associate supporting the Tactical Networks (TACNET) Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Activity (CB-ISEA) Consolidate Afloat Network Enterprise Services (CANES) Program of Record (PoR), located in San Diego, CA. This role is Hybrid Remote, with periodic onsite requirements (20-40%) in the San Diego, CA area.

Requirements

  • General administrative, clerical, and/or secretarial support skills.
  • Proficiency in formatting and updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Ability to prepare, update, and distribute programmatic artifacts.
  • Experience interfacing with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform routine and non-routine tasks, including special projects.
  • Experience with scheduling and arranging meetings.
  • Skills in researching and securing requested information.
  • Experience in compiling and proofing various deliverables.
  • Ability to directly interface with Government Civilian and Active Duty Navy personnel.
  • Experience processing visit requests, personnel travel, and expense reports.
  • Participation in a continual improvement process and providing inputs to standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Tactical Networks Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Activity (TACNET CB-ISEA) Modernization Support Service Area.
  • Provides general administrative, clerical, and/or secretarial support for the project management team.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, respond to customer/client/team inquiries, and other office administrative duties as required.
  • Format and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, and other documents.
  • Support project management team and network engineers to prepare, update, and distribute programmatic artifacts.
  • Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, as needed to collect, update, and turnover the artifacts to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform routine and non-routine tasks including special projects.
  • May be responsible for scheduling and arranging meetings, research and secure requested information, and compiling/proofing of various deliverables.
  • Directly interface with Government Civilian and Active Duty Navy personnel.
  • Process visit request, personnel travel, and expense reports.
  • Participate in a continual improvement process, and provide inputs to standard operating procedures.
