About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Associate for their Hanahan, SC location. This role oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as a liaison between project management, planning, the project team, and line management. The associate will review project and budget status, manage schedules, and prepare status reports. They will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals. Additionally, the role involves developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervening in problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. A key responsibility is ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are met, including defining and implementing project planning techniques for contract visibility. This may involve developing budgets and schedules for assigned program portions, defining program plan requirements, and monitoring/reporting performance against plans to meet contractual, cost, and schedule objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 0 years related experience. Will accept experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
