About The Position

Support the Army National Guard by providing advanced program analysis, integrated master scheduling, and mission‑aligned planning support across a complex portfolio of initiatives. You will join a collaborative team that partners closely with Guard leadership, program managers, and technical staff to ensure timelines, dependencies, risk factors, and resource needs are accurately captured, communicated, and executed. In this role, you will help maintain critical visibility into program performance, enable informed decision‑making, and ensure senior leaders have a clear and reliable picture of progress toward key objectives. You will apply structured scheduling practices, data‑driven analysis, and strong communication skills to keep multi‑state and multi‑mission efforts synchronized. Your work will directly support the Guard’s modernization, readiness, and transformation goals, helping ensure that projects remain on schedule and aligned to mission priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing, updating, and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing program performance, risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • 5+ years of experience supporting the DoW
  • Experience briefing schedules, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading working groups, data reviews, and milestone preparedness activities
  • Ability to support development of program documentation, dashboards, briefings, and decision‑support materials
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear program updates
