Requirements

  • One year as a Program Analyst 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
  • Four years of analytical experience, three of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Meet the PA residency requirement
  • Be able to perform essential job functions
  • Pass a background investigation

Responsibilities

  • Guide the planning, coordination, and oversight of the Violence Intervention and Prevention (VIP) program and the Building Opportunities through Out-of-School Time (BOOST) initiative
  • Manage the administration, monitoring, and evaluation of grant-funded projects
  • Shape policies, criteria, and recommendations that improve program effectiveness
  • Work with committees, agencies, and partners to align goals and share information
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, reporting, and evaluation activities
  • Lead and support staff responsible for program operations and performance
