About The Position
Able2 is seeking a passionate Program Aide to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. - Possess a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.

- No experience necessary, as Able2 will provide detailed training including classroom and hands-on site training.
Responsibilities
- Familiarize self with each individual's personal needs, preferences, and program plans.
- Assist individuals with physical care (toileting, positioning, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, etc.) as needed, or designated by plan.
- Implementing service plans as determined and written by planning team.
- Physical ability to be on feet all day and perform the lifting and care of individuals as required.
- Possess a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.
- Participating in activities/outings, and much more.
