About The Position

Program Aide will conduct empirical analysis of criminal justice issues under general supervision. Duties may include literature reviews, data collection and management, data analysis, and other tasks supporting the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of related experience in data analysis.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to collect, write, and report various types of data sets.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with multiple data analysis tools (Stata, R).
• Previous experience in experience with literature reviews.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Conducts literature reviews.
• Collects and manages data.
• Data cleaning and analysis in R and Stata.
• Uses computers for data collection, data entry, and analysis and compiles results.
• Assists with reports and research documentation.
