Raytheon’s Strategy & Technology Center is seeking an Affordability Program Lead Engineer to oversee and coordinate affordability efforts across Program teams. Affordability is a critical function within Raytheon that ensures systems are designed, produced, and sustained at optimal lifecycle cost while maintaining mission performance and reliability. The Affordability Program Lead Engineer partners with Chief Engineers, Program Managers, Supply Chain leadership, Operations, and Finance to ensure that affordability objectives, cost-awareness, and value optimization are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
