We are seeking a highly motivated Program Advisor to support the Integrated Fire Protection Capability (IFPC) Product Office’s long-range and short-range planning. These efforts will bridge the gap between high level strategic goals and shorter-term activities for a smooth transition of all programs within the IFPC portfolio. In this position, you will provide technical, acquisition, and program management subject matter expertise while reporting directly to IFPC leadership. You will proactively evaluate requirements and resource needs, identify risk and recommend mitigation strategies, while facilitating regular reviews to ensure planning evolves based on leadership priorities and changing conditions. Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop long-range goals and roadmap for successful program execution. Develop external stakeholder relationships to ensure an integrated fires system of systems approach. Develop program plans, technical plans, management plans, program reviews, budgeting, White Papers, and execution briefs. Support planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPB&E) efforts. Identify and mitigate any cost, schedule, and technical risks and barriers. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules consistent with long-range and short-range planning for program success

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree
  • 22 years’ general experience
  • 15 years’ experience related to Air and Missile Defense
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
