Requirements

  • Three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and document‑control practices.
  • Strong skills in scheduling, coordination, and action‑item tracking.
  • Ability to perform quality reviews on reports, briefings, and formal communications.
  • Experience supporting senior‑level program leadership with deadlines, deliverables, and meeting preparation.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing CDRLs, artifacts, and recurring PMO inputs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the PMO administrative schedule and the Program Manager’s calendar.
  • Maintain all PMO document repositories and ensure version control and compliance with quality standards.
  • Review and format external communications, including CDRLs, reports, and briefings.
  • Track action items, meeting deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Ensure timely submission and quality of SITREPs, SLA reports, incident summaries, and change metrics.
  • Support meeting preparation, recording of minutes, and distribution of follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR, Security, and PMO stakeholders.
