About The Position

Providing junior‑level financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting support for DoD contract administration Assisting senior finance staff with cost estimates, variance analyses, and preparation of financial briefings for government stakeholders FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING #LI-TF1

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline (ABET/CAE) or an associate's degree with four years of experience or six years of experience
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance (or higher)
• Three or more productive years in financial analysis (CSWF Junior)

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, Power Query)
• Experience with financial‑management systems (e.g., Deltek, SAP FI)
• Ability to prepare cost‑benefit analyses, budget forecasts, and variance reports
• Strong analytical mindset; attention to detail in data reconciliation
• Excellent written communication for clear financial briefings and reports
• Familiarity with DoD budgeting rules (FAR, DFARS) and cost‑accounting standards
• CFA Level I or CPA (in progress) is a plus.
