About The Position

Iron Will Ventures is seeking a Program Acquisition Manager to support the Program Manager on their missile enterprise program. This role focuses on the acquisition and business-execution aspects of the program, ensuring it stays on contract. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to government leadership, providing insights into cost, budget, and programmatic decisions. This is a hands-on execution role on a single high-priority program with opportunities for growth as IWV expands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in DoD/federal contracts or acquisition.
  • Working command of FAR, DFARS, and OTA authorities; procurement and compliance.
  • Track record managing complex, high-value contract or subcontract actions in support of program execution.
  • Active Secret clearance; eligible for Top Secret upgrade.
  • Ability to work on-site at Crane, IN.

Nice To Haves

  • DAWIA or equivalent contracting/acquisition certification.
  • Direct NSWC Crane or defense acquisition-workforce experience.
  • Program-support experience on R&D or T&E efforts; familiarity with hypersonics, missile defense, or the missile enterprise mission area.

Responsibilities

  • Own the acquisition and procurement execution of the program in support of the PM.
  • Manage performance against the program schedule and deliverables (CDRLs/DDLs).
  • Track program funding, obligations, and spend; coordinate ODC/materials procurement and invoicing with finance and program leadership.
  • Support the PM on acquisition strategy for program teaming and buys and serve as the program's interface with customer contracting counterparts.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level briefings and decision support materials.
