About The Position

As a Program Accounting Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting supporting our government program operations, including one or more of the following account servicing functions: Preparation of internal and external reports ensuring the accuracy of a variety of financial records through the analysis of balance sheets and general ledger accounts. Preparation of daily account funds, transfers and disbursements. Responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or make simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. You will be able to escalate any recognized issues.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of work experience in Accounting, Financial Review, Data or Analysis.
  • US Citizenship is Required
  • Ability to work full time in - office
  • Highschool Diploma/GED minimum education
  • Experience with MS Office

  • Sage Accounting Software
  • Bachelors degree highly preferred
  • Experience with loan documentation or securities

Responsibilities
