About The Position

The Profile Operator is responsible for setting up and operating various machinery, including pallet jacks, boring machines, miter saws, slotter machines, profilers (Pade, single/double head), tenon machines (Pade round end, Balestrini), corner block machines (Camam), shapers (Rotary, Double head), trim/bore machines (Double end), CNC bandsaws (MZ), spindle carvers, and block machines (Nichols). The role also involves assisting in the offloading of this machinery.

• Ability to assist in offloading machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate pallet jack, boring machines, miter saw, slotter machine, Pade profiler, single/double head profiler, Pade round end tenon, Balestrini tenon, Camam corner block, Rotary shaper, SCMI router, Double head shaper, Double end trim/bore, Team Balestrini, MIA Balestrini, MZ CNC bandsaw, spindle carver, Nichols block machine.
• Assist in off loading machinery.
