The University of North Texas College of Engineering is hiring a full professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering as part of a 13-position, cross-college faculty cluster hire. The position focuses on semiconductors, including devices, circuits, and systems. The successful candidate is expected to be a leading member of the Center for Microelectronics in Extreme Environments (CMEE), which manages the UNT cleanroom, and to have a distinguished collaborative research record appropriate for holding the Lupe Murchison Foundation Professorship in Engineering, an endowed faculty position.
