About The Position

The Department of Psychology at Yale University is seeking to hire an open-rank faculty member (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) specializing in Developmental Psychology. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2027. The ideal candidate will enhance the department's current developmental offerings and align with a cognitive approach. We are open to candidates with traditional developmental foci, as well as those employing cross-cultural approaches or researching fundamental questions about cognition in non-human animals. Priority will be given to scholars who can contribute significantly to undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentoring, and who are capable of establishing a productive research program.
