Requirements

3+ years of experience as a trainer or facilitator.
1+ year of experience with instructional design.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrable Instructional design methodologies and software with ability to use various training technologies effectively.
Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences.
Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
Facilitate virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs.
Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible. Provide post-training support and resources to learners.
Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
