ROLE OVERVIEW Our Survey Division is seeking an experienced Professional Surveyor to lead field crews and oversee a diverse portfolio of projects for federal, state, and private clients out of our Bridgeport, WV office.

Requirements

  • Active WV Professional Surveyor (PS) license required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Proven ability to lead a team and provide mentorship
  • Experience with Trimble equipment preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively at high productivity

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the surveying and geomatics department, including multiple field crews and technical staff
  • Manage survey and geomatics projects for public and private sector clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
  • Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews and technicians
  • Coordinate assignments to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Maintain contact with key staff and offices to support department success
