By joining us, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, scientists, and technicians on meaningful projects from inception to completion. We are seeking a Licensed Professional Surveyor to join our Canton, OH team. In this role, you will lead the surveying and geomatics department, manage projects for public and private sector clients, and play a key role in growing the practice.

Requirements

• Active Professional Surveyor (PS) license in the State of Ohio required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, mentor staff, and manage multiple crews
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects across varying scopes
• Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
• High productivity working both independently and collaboratively
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the surveying and geomatics department, including field crews and supporting technical staff
• Manage survey and geomatics projects for public and private sector clients
• Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Maintain communication with key staff and offices to ensure department success and sustainability
• Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews, technicians, and internal staff
• Coordinate assignments to support project management and deadline adherence
