The Professional Services Integrations and Customizations (PSIC) Software Engineer is part of a global team and is responsible for creating customized solutions that integrate 8x8’s award-winning hosted UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, and AI/ML solutions with our customers’ applications, such as CRMs, WFM tools, or other 3rd party applications. Your solutions development experience, call center and telecom industry knowledge, understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies for chat and voice, and strong customer presence will help 8x8 deliver world-class custom solutions. By joining our global professional services engineering team, you will interact directly with our clients to create and implement configurations and integrations between 8x8 and our customers’ applications. You will be responsible for creating customized solutions that enhance 8x8 products and services to meet customers’ requirements based on a mutually agreeable Statement of Work (SOW). In addition, you will have direct contact with our customers to provide them with feedback and address any questions that might arise during the project lifecycle.
