As a Professional Services Recruiter at Serval, you'll build and own the recruiting strategy for our Professional Services organization, starting from scratch. You'll design and execute high-impact hiring initiatives that help Serval stand up a brand-new function, owning a small number of highly consultative searches rather than a high-volume req load. You'll partner closely with PS leadership and hiring managers to define what good looks like for this function as we build it, drive outbound sourcing into a specific and narrow candidate market, and create a world-class candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who's recruited Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or Implementation talent in fast-paced SaaS environments and thrives at the intersection of recruiting, judgment, and strategy.
