You will also have a commercial mindset to identify opportunities to expand our customer accounts and elevate adoption of our products to new heights. As the Professional Services Manager at UpGuard, you will lead our technical "Player-Coach" team in delivering full-spectrum Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) services. You will bridge high-level architecture and hands-on implementation across our entire platform: Vendor Risk, Attack Surface Management (BreachRisk), Human Risk (UserRisk), and AI Risk Automations. Your mission is to document complex business requirements and lead a team of practitioners to physically build and integrate these solutions into our customers' security ecosystems, driving measurable maturity aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
