About The Position

This position performs product implementations for new customers and supports existing customers in the use of the Salary.com software. This is a consultative role focused on providing compensation-related solutions that ensure the success of our customers. Requires detail orientation, project management capabilities, systems comprehension, and the ability to use Microsoft Excel in managing large data sets. Based at our Waltham, MA headquarters, this position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 - 2 years in customer-facing consultative role with an HCM product
• Deep product expertise in HCM systems and processes
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong project management
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Client-focused and consultative/advisory mindset
• Technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Detail-oriented, with excellent documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Implementation and onboarding; configuring the software to fit the client's specific business processes and facilitating user acceptance testing
• Requirements gathering; running discovery sessions to understand and document client workflows, configurations, pain points, and goals
• Solution design; working with product management to translate business needs into a technical or process-based configuration of the product
• Training and enablement; teaching end users and administrators how to use the system effectively and driving product/service adoption
• Project management; owning timelines, milestones, and deliverables for client engagements
• Troubleshooting; diagnosing and resolving configuration or technical issues
• Build rapport and own client relationships post-implementation; delivering an exceptional experience by providing ongoing service and support
• Developing standard processes and procedures to scale recurring initiatives
