About The Position

HPE Operations Professional Services Delivery is hiring a results-driven Professional Services Delivery Global PMO Leader to standardize and enforce Professional Services Delivery project management, governance, and tools worldwide. You will own PMO policy and compliance, lead intervention for troubled projects, enable the PM workforce, and align stakeholders to ensure projects meet business goals and customer commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in program/project management or PMO leadership; demonstrated experience across global, multi‑BU environments.
  • 5+ years’ people leadership or equivalent functional leadership experience.
  • Proven track record leading troubled-project recovery and implementing governance at scale.
  • PMO leadership with strong policy, compliance and governance expertise.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence; able to influence across matrix organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of EPPM methodologies, project financial controls and RCA techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset, decision‑making and prioritization under ambiguity.
  • Experience with PM tool implementation and metrics-driven performance management.
  • Coaching and change‑management capability to uplift global project management practice.

Responsibilities

  • Define, publish and maintain global PMO policies, standards and record‑retention requirements for Program and Project Management (EPPM).
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent global methodology; monitor and report on adherence and usage across all Day‑1 engagements and projects.
  • Ensure ethical, compliant project execution aligned to Business Unit requirements.
  • Establish and ensure effective project and customer governance (documentation, reporting, communications, schedules, logs, influence, etc).
  • Drive geo-level governance cadence: status reviews, financial reviews, re‑forecasting, KPI monitoring, and Voice of Customer reporting
  • Lead global PMO monthly health reviews
  • Support audits and coach geos on governance best practices.
  • Lead interventions for troubled or complex multi‑BU projects; drive remediation with intensity and clear accountability.
  • Ensure timely, accurate status reporting from geos; validate root cause analyses (RCAs) and corrective plans; perform quarterly cumulative RCA on erosion trends and recommend systemic improvements.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships across Worldwide, Regional and Geo stakeholders to align PMO objectives with business and market strategies.
  • Partner closely with Pursuit/Pre‑Sales and Solution teams to embed governance and ensure projects are sellable and deliverable.
  • Design and deliver ongoing training, best practice sharing, and enablement sessions to raise delivery capability and consistency.
