Requirements

  • Past sales experience
  • Ability to multi-task and professionally manage a multitude of interactions both internally and external to the company.
  • Commitment to customer service and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

Nice To Haves

  • Past experience in cabinet, countertop or closet sales
  • Past experience with home interior design and layout
  • Ability to read and scale residential and commercial blueprints

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a memorable sales experience to customers in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Work directly with existing accounts to grow relationships and increase sales.
  • Seek new builder and/or remodeler business in the local market to grow territory and client base.
  • Contribute to growth and profitability through selling skills, following up on outstanding quotes, and adhering to price objectives.
  • Independently prepare quotes and proposals in a timely manner using designated company guidelines, systems, and software.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide sales activities to the VP of Sales.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the design team, ensuring price objectives are followed.
  • Understand and promote company programs and product offerings, staying up-to-date with product releases.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to follow Design Team policies, build the CKF Brand, and set sales goals.
